Because mental health care is considered an essential service, Dr. Davenport is providing appointments in the office.  We continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to ensure that everyone who accesses our services in the office remains safe and healthy.

If you, your child, or your teen have a scheduled office appointment and develop symptoms of a respiratory infection such as a cough, fever, and/or difficulty breathing, please call 817.421.8780 to reschedule your appointment.  If you suspect you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop these symptoms, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.
